In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, FinderMonkey” refers to FinderMonkey Limited

1. Acceptance of terms

12. Payment
You understand that payment is received within seven days of any work being completed for the full amount; failure to do this will result in further action being taken, unless a credit account has been arranged.  Costs are clearly set out within the website and full amount must be paid. Failure to pay will result in the use of debt collection agencies and solicitors, interest and costs may be added. Results will not be given until full payment has been made unless a prior arrangement has been made. Any credit terms and credit periods must be discussed with FinderMonkey Limited.

13. Recheck Policy
All rechecks must be requested within 28 days of receiving your results.

14. Subject is Deceased
Please be aware you will still be charged the full trace fee if we discover the person you are looking for is deceased, due to the costs involved in confirming the information.

14a. Subject Bankrupt
If you order a trace on a person who owes you money and we ascertain that your subject has been declared bankrupt you will be charged the full trace fee, this is due to the costs involved in searching for the information and the legal connotations it raises for the creditor.

15. Order Cancellation
Search requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the request by email or telephone. Cancellations will not be accepted after FinderMonkey have completed the request and payment must be paid in full.

16. Site Security
The purchase area of PeopleTracingExperts.co.uk is secure, we use industry standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to allow for encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else. FinderMonkey.co.uk does not store your card details.
